    We’re kicking off Father’s Day weekend with a Human People tap takeover on Friday, June 13th—and some of the crew will be here hanging out with us!

    Based in Seattle, WA, Human People is one of our favorite new breweries to watch. They’re brewing expressive, modern beers with a focus on balance and drinkability—think fresh IPAs, crisp lagers, and creative seasonal releases that always hit the spot.

    We’re spending Saturday of Father’s Day weekend shining a light on one of our favorite California breweries: Wondrous Brewing Company from Emeryville.

    Known for their dialed-in lagers, crisp pilsners, and beautifully balanced hoppy beers, Wondrous is all about thoughtful, clean brewing that still brings plenty of character. We’re big fans—and we’re stoked to share their beers with you.

    Come hang, grab a pint (or three), and toast to good beer and good people.

    We’re keeping things festive all day with our weekly Schnitzel Sunday plus a Stein Holding Contest at 1PM and 5PM. Bragging rights and prizes are on the line.

Join us as Biersal will be plating up a classic: your choice of chicken or pork schnitzel, served with braised red cabbage, potato salad, mushroom gravy, and a lemon wedge—a proper nod to the old country.

It pairs perfectly with a crisp Lager or Pilsner (we’ve got a few), but if you’re more in a wine mood, try it with a glass of Grüner Veltliner—bright, zippy, and just right alongside that golden schnitzel.
