We love Kölsch. It’s one of those styles that feels simple until you really start paying attention to it. Light, crisp, dry, refreshing, and built for drinking a few glasses with friends. And with San Diego still very much in summer mode, it feels like a pretty good time to celebrate it.
All weekend we’ll be pouring Kölsch from Cologne, including Reissdorf, Gaffel, and Früh, alongside versions from Everywhere Beer Co. and Seek Beer Co.
