German-Style Pilsner | ABV: 5.2%

German-style Pilsner brewed with floor malted German Pilsner malt, Tettnang & Mittelfruh whole cone hops, and fermented with legendary Augustiner yeast. Spunded & horizontally lagered for six weeks. Elegant presentation, gorgeous Noble-hop aromatics, and finishes crisp with an assertive, yet refined bitterness.

Smoked Red Lager | ABV: 5.8%

A rustic, smoked amber lager inspired by the beers of Bamberg, Germany.

BELGIAN MILD | .5L | - $9

German Style Pilsner | ABV: 4%

This light Pilsner beer is crisp and balanced, with a soft fresh noble and citrusy hop character, and a touch of clean toastiness from the addition of Admiral Pils malt. Designed to be refreshing and easy to drink, but still complex and enjoyable!

BELGIAN PALE | .5L | - $9

Italian Style Pilsner | ABV: 5.3%

Pleasant Pils is our 5.3% ABV Italian Pilsner. A slightly weightier Pilsner with a firm hop presence & snappy bitterness while remaining very crisp! Pouring a clear light yellow with frothy foam, this beer remains crisp with a medium bitterness & floral aromas thanks to the Zuper Saazer hops.

There’s a certain kind of beer people ask for — no gimmicks, no haze, no pastry. Just a damn good amber. The kind your dad might’ve had after raking the leaves or before kickoff. Built on Maris Otter and Munich malts for a toasty, bready base and a touch of caramel sweetness, this one’s built for sweater weather and second halves. Balanced, smooth, and quietly satisfying, it’s got notes of nougat, apple peel, and a hint of citrus that keep it familiar yet fresh. Because sometimes, when the air turns crisp, you just need a Good Amber.

WC IPA | ABV: 7.2%

For those looking to leave the bright lights and tireless noise of Hazy IPA behind, there is a place just off Interstate 8 where many a weary traveler has found a place to rest up and settle in. This West Coast IPA is inspired by that place, brewed with a little rye, and mountains of Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross hops from our friends at Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. A lean body and a balanced bitterness lay out the welcome mat for some serious Sauv Blanc and spicy diesel vibes before opening the door to pink grapefruit, navel orange, apricot and a little pine. Once you check in, you’ll be in no hurry to check out. Yeah, nah...stay a while.

Our 3-time, back-to-back-to-back, Gold Medal winner at GABF, DDH Pillow is a double dry hopped hazy DIPA with loads of hops! We hopped this beer with Citra, Mosaic, Citra Cryo, & Mosaic Cryo to give it fruit smoothie qualities & huge aromas of orange creamsicle, guava, & mango!

NEUEWAVE VOL III | .5L | - $9

Hazy DIPA | ABV: 6.8%

Hello, LA is our 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA hopped with the classic 1-2 punch of Mosaic & Citra hops! Pouring with a clear golden appearance & fluffy white foam head, this IPA produces huge aromas of juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & has a slight dankness with residual bitterness.
